Our fully sewn woven polyester Greek flags are made using British Ministry of Defence approved fabric UK/SC/4767. Manufactured in UK by one of the oldest local factories, 155 g/sqm MOD approved woven flag material is by far the most durable flag fabric on the market. Apart from its outstanding durability, MoD approved woven  fabric has a pleasant natural feel and non-shiny wool like look. 

All stitched Flags of Greece are fitted with heavy duty reinforced headings and by default are supplied either with traditional British rope & toggle, rope loops or brass eyelets, D rings, Inglefield Clips or Stainless 316 grade steel swivel eye snap clips. Greek flags are sewn using official azure shade of blue.

All MoD approved flags are sewn using bonded nylon UK manufactured COATS thread. Its outstanding strength, resistance to abrasion and sea water makes it essential for quality outdoor manufacutre. For added durability fly end carries hidden 504 type overlock hem to securely hold fabric along the cutting lines. The edge hem is folded afterwards and sewn on using multipe stitch type 301 double seam along the fly end forming very durable interlocked strip at the flag's right edge. The latter part in most cases is the first to sustian premature tearing due to whip effect making outermost flag edge move extremely fast and experience high friction under gusts.
